A: You can order the S body kit from Toyota if they have extra panels or you can look for better kits such as Vuteq, which is better looking.

Q: My 2003 Toyota is leaking oil and I think it might need new gaskets. How much should I expect to pay?
I've got a 2003 Toyota Corolla CE which until now has given me zero trouble. But I noticed last week it's been leaking oil, and pretty significantly at that. I'm thinking I might need new gaskets - but then again I know very little about cars. Any idea what I could be looking at spending?
A: Take out a second mortgage on your house.
Q: What is the difference between toyota corolla LE, S,CE (2003 through 2008)?
can you give a detailed explanatio please..
Thank you guys!!!
is there any big difference? how about engine?
A: CE- power mirrors, A/C, audio system, power steering, manual windows/locks, outside temperature gauge, and automatic headlights
S adds- ground effects to CE plus foglights, and sport upholstery
LE adds to CE: powerwindows/locks, upgraded luxury upholstery, color-keyed mirrors, door handles and side molding.
S options are power windows/locks, alloy wheels, rear spoiler, sunroof
LE options are sunroof, alloy wheels, and leather upholstery but there are accessories for each trim level as well. CE and S models come with a 5 speed manual or automatic; LE is automatic only.
Q: Low idle problems on a 2003 Toyota corolla?
I have a 2003 Toyota corolla CE with about 260,000 miles on it and with 5 speed manual.I have an idle problem where I would down shift coming up to a stop sign and the idle would go below 1000rpms. Also while sitting at a red light it might go down to 500 rpms. I've tried cleaning the air filter along with the airbox and the masflow sensor. Can anyone give some advice as to what might be wrong? If it helps the check engine light is on.
A: get the check engine light read first. that might be the cause of the problem. also try cleaning the intake air control valve(IACV) or replace it. its located on the throttle body.
Q: what could be the problem with my toyota's blinkers?
I recently brought my toyota corolla ce 2003 into firestone to have them put new tires on and to change the antifreeze. About an hour later my blinkers stopped working. I would say this is just coincidence IF it was the FIRST time it had happened at this particular firestone. This is the second time that this exact thing has happened to my car after taking it there. What could have happened?
A: Bring the car back to the garage and tell them your story, if anything they will have a look at it and tell you whats wrong as they seem to be at fault!
If all of them are not working then its a fuse but if some of them are working and blinking really quickly then turn on your hazard lights, get out of the car and have a walk around it checking to see if each turn signal is working!
Q: spilled chinese food in Toyota corolla, what is best cleaner to use?
car is 2003 ce corolla with cloth interior. food is mongolian beef with lots of sauce upon it.
A: Hot club soda and a stiff bristle brush. Cow Sperm is what they call club soda is some parts of the country.
Q: What is the best car alarm system, that would also lower my insurance?
I own a 2003 Toyota Corolla CE. My car insurance is moderately expensive, and I've been told that installing an alarm system would help lower my insurance. But I don't want a cheap alarm that can be easily set off by someone's sound system.
A: As the poster above me said, check with your insurance company to find out if there's anything they do or don't cover. BUT, because Toyotas of pretty much any kind (along with Nissans, Hondas, etc.) are a hot car, they're going to have high theft insurance. My advice would to be to consider an ignition kill alarm (where you need your key to start the car) or something like Lo-Jack - but that can be pricey.
Q: Turbocharged corolla?
I want to turbocharge my 2003 toyota corolla ce
Everything on it is stock exept for sparkplugs, wiring etc etc
I don't have a budget range
Twin turbo is ok too
I just wanted to add horsepower without affecting fuel efficiency that much
Don't tell me to use nitrous oxide or those fuel additives
I just want to know how I would do it and how much a kit would cost
A: Listen to the first answer. Besides after doing all that work to it you won't be able to run much more than 200-250 hp w/o blowing it up.
Is $10k worth a 100hp gain?
Q: how much does it cost to fix a side mirror on a car?
I was backing out of my garage, and the side mirror (driver's side) hit the garage. Now, the mirror head thing is still attached, but it's loose and the actual mirror is completely shattered. I drive a 2003 toyota corolla ce. anyone know how much it will cost to fix it?
and where to get it done?
A: Window shops will glue a new piece of mirror on it after they cut it to fit if the housing is not broke. Runs around $30. If the housing is broke the cost is much higher. You will have to purchase a used or new housing.Cost i do not know.
Q: My front right side of my vehicle shakes after 65mph, but not before?
The other day (while trying to get my cell phone) my front right tire hit a curb at about 45mph.
Ever since then my vehicle after getting past 65 mph seems to shake from that front right side... The steering does not seem out of alignment at nearly any speed, it just shakes after 65mph.
Could this right front tire be out of balance or something worse?
FURHTHER INFORMATION: The vehicle is a front wheel drive 2003 Toyota Corolla CE
Yes, this taught me not to mess with the phone and drive!
Thanks for the advice
A: probably just a tire, have it balanced :)
Q: Toyota Corolla experts, I'm looking to see if this will fit my car.....?
I have a 2008 Toyota Corolla S. This is the last model before the new 2009+ versions. I want to put a strut bar that states it fits 2003-2005 Corollas. The 2003-2008 models all look nearly identical, however, I am not sure exactly if the products can be used interchangably.
Here's the product:

says 2003-2005, but mine is a 2008. Just wondering if it will fit still. Thanks.
A: it should be noted that the front strut bars for the 03-08 toyota matrix will also fit your corolla.
Q: Cheap Car Insurance for a 20 year old...?
I'm 20 years old I live in Houston, Tx 77045 I have a 2003 Toyota Corolla CE. I never had accidents, or traffice tickets. I need a insurance that will not be so high. Any suggestions? Thanks..
A: Smartest thing to do would be to visit with your local Independent Insurance Agent and have him do the shopping for you.
Unlike a direct company agent (American Family, State Farm, Allstate) who sell insurance for only the one company, Independent Insurance Agents have contracts with often 8-10 companies or more. They will be able to shop for you and find you the best coverage at the most affordable rates.
Q: Cold Weather Idle Problem?
I have a 2003 Toyota Corolla CE, 5-speed that idles very high after starting when the temperature is below about 45-40F. If I allow the car to sit idling, after about a minute the high idle begins to pulsate on its own, like someone is stepping on the accelerator, and continues like that for several minutes. Sometimes if I don't allow it to idle past the pulsating phase, and go ahead and drive it, coming to a stop soon afterward, the pulsating will begin and continue for however long I am stopped, eventually going back to normal after driving it for a while. Recently a new sound has developed on the driver's side - like a fan blade thumping something noise, but there are no fans on that side of the car - and it is associated with pressing the accelerator down. Someone suggested that there may be something wrong with the car's fuel control, by which the car's computer needs to be analyzed. I haven't had it checked by a mechanic yet to verify that.
I didn't have the high idle problem last winter. It's only just begun in the last month or so.
So in response to the suggestion that the engine automatically idles high because its cold, does that then suggest that I allow the engine to run as long as it needs to until the high idle and pulsating idle stops?
A: a car will idle high when it is cold to warm up the engine quicker. as far as the pulsating, not sure.
